Delivery Details

Finally, a delivery that’s actually fun to wait for.

Is there a delivery fee?

Our full-service packages (Portable Playground, Nippers, Sprockets) include delivery in the price because we believe in keeping things simple. Free delivery within Calgary, with a $40 charge for locations further south past Lake Bonavista due to the extra travel time.

Pick-up packages are designed for customer collection. Simply select the appropriate drop-down box at check-out and we will confirm delivery/collection times based on our schedule and availability.

Do your prices include setup?

For full-service packages, absolutely! Watching you wrestle with inflatable equipment isn’t our idea of good customer service.

Exceptions exist when life gets complicated: stairs, elevators, long carries from our van, outdoor setups requiring ground protection, or condo function rooms where we need special access. These start at $40 extra, and we’ll discuss any potential charges when finalising your booking.

If you’ve arranged delivery for a pick-up package, set up remains your responsibility—though we can add professional set up/take down starting at $50 if you’d like us to take that off your plate.

When will you deliver and collect my rental?

We’ll work with you to arrange delivery and collection times that fit your schedule before confirming your booking. The earlier you book, the more flexibility we’ll have to accommodate your preferred time slots.

We do our best to work around your needs regardless of when you book with us.

Do I have to be there for delivery/collection?

We’ll need you or another adult to be on location when we arrive. This gives us a chance to show you how everything works, go over the safety basics so everyone has a brilliant time, and make sure you’re happy with the setup.

If you can’t be there yourself, no worries. Let us know who it will be, and make sure they can answer their phone when we arrive.

What are the additional charges I might encounter?

Most bookings don’t incur any extra charges, but here are the main scenarios where additional fees apply:

  • ​Distance & Location ($40+): Full-service deliveries further south past Lake Bonavista or outside Calgary city limits.
  • Access Challenges ($40+): Long carries from our van, unpaved pathways where our carts won’t work, or buildings with stairs, elevators, and tricky access points.
  • Outdoor & Park Setups ($40-$50+): Outdoor installations requiring ground protection, or park setups needing permits and extra consultation time.
  • Condo Function Rooms ($40+): Additional access requirements for building common areas.
  • Pickup Package Setup ($50+): Adding professional setup service to packages designed for customer collection.
  • Collection Timing ($75-$100): Evening pickups (7-9pm: $75, 9-10pm: $100), next-day collection for home rentals ($75), or no collection after 10pm.
  • Emergency Delivery ($90+): Last-minute delivery and collection for pickup packages when collection isn’t possible (additional $30 for downtown core).
  • Additional Considerations: Lost, stolen, or damaged equipment is charged at replacement cost. See our cancellation policy for weather-related charges. Corporate, school, charity, and event planner bookings have custom pricing structures.

Our math is simple: deposit in, memories out.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards, e-transfers, cash, and company cheques for corporate bookings.

We’re flexible with payment methods because we understand everyone has their preferred way to handle transactions.

How much is the deposit?

50% of your rental total secures your booking.

Think of it as insurance that ensures we both take good care of each other’s commitments.

When is my balance due?

The remaining 50% is charged to your card on file on the first day of your rental period.

No surprise charges or forgotten invoices—we handle the timing automatically so you can focus on party planning rather than payment tracking.

We take safety more seriously than toddlers take snacks.

Is your equipment insured?

Yes, we carry comprehensive business insurance for our equipment and operations.

As the renter, you’ll be responsible for supervising children during play and following our safety guidelines to ensure everyone has a safe, fun experience.

Do you provide supervision?

Supervision can be provided at large events. For private home and hall parties the supervision is handled by you and other adults.

When we deliver, we’ll show you how everything works and review the safety guidelines, then it’s over to you to keep watch while the children play.

What safety measures are in place?

Our equipment meets Canadian safety standards and gets thoroughly inspected after every rental.

We’ll provide you with specific safety guidelines for your rental, including capacity limits, age recommendations, and proper use instructions.

The Portable Playground, for example, accommodates up to 20 children (ages 2-8 work best together) with appropriate adult supervision.

What do parents need to know before kids start playing?

We ask that you keep shoes, markers, face paint, glitter, and anything with pins away from the equipment.

These items can damage or stain the play surfaces.

Make sure adults are actively supervising, especially when different ages are playing together.

We’ll go over specific guidelines for your rental when we deliver, and you’ll receive our full safety rules beforehand.

Do you have safety instructions for each rental?

We sure do.

You’ll receive our Rental Agreement and Rules of Play before your event, which covers everything from capacity limits to prohibited items.

We’ll also run through the key safety points when we deliver, so you know exactly how to keep everyone safe and having fun.

Can adults play too?

Definitely! Our equipment gets regular adult “testing” and holds up brilliantly.

The portable playground works for anyone up to about 200 pounds, and ball pits are surprisingly therapeutic regardless of age.

Just remember that children get priority, and you might need to explain to your kids why Grandpa Joe has fallen asleep in the ball pit again.

How far in advance should I book?

For pickup packages, you can book online up to 48 hours in advance.

Last-minute panic? Call us and we’ll do our best to help. Full-service deliveries need more planning—ideally 4 weeks ahead, especially if you have your heart set on specific equipment.

That said, we’re always happy to check availability even if your party is this weekend and you’re just realizing you need professional help.

Do you deliver outside Calgary?

Yes, though charges apply for areas beyond our standard delivery zone.

Contact us with your location, and we’ll provide a custom quote. We’ve delivered as far as curiosity and reasonable driving distances allow.

How long is a typical rental?

Depends on what you book.

Full-service packages at external venues get up to 4 hours of actual play time (plus setup/takedown time on either side).

Home deliveries are more flexible with timing since we’re not rushing between multiple venues.

Pickup packages are specified when you book—usually weekend or multi-day periods depending on your needs and our availability.
