Fantastic experience! Simon was incredible and extremely accommodating for our schedule. The babies had a great time in the junior ball pit and it was a great conversation starter at the party. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to make their lives easier on an already hectic day.

If you want to rent any party equipment I’d recommend these guys mainly because the customer service is amazing. I had rented a ball pit from them and ended up leaving a valuable possession in the bundle when I returned it. Simon made sure it was delivered back to me, and he didn’t even charge me. These guys go above and beyond for their customers. Total pleasure working with them.

This was 100% money well spent!! The communication from the Sprog and Sprocket team was amazing. They worked with me to figure out logistics and need. We ended up renting the indoor playground for 24 hours with set up in our garage for my 6 year olds birthday.The set up and take down team was prompt, kind and thorough. I mean he even helped sweep out the garage!! The rental was perfect. It was in good repair and so clean! The ball pit is nice and full and the slide is very fast haha. They had fencing to keep the kids away from the tools and seemed genuinely excited to see our kids reaction.We certainly got our moneys worth. The structure is very sturdy even the grownups got in there.First time renter but I had been to other events where they were set up and honestly just so so impressed. Get the rental. It’s more bang for your buck than an indoor playground and you don’t have to eat the party pizza haha.Thanks again - this is a birthday my kids will always remember - sorry I don’t have better photos.

Amazing customer service and product. We loved the indoor playground! We rented it for the weekend for our daughters 1st birthday party! We heard about the company from a cousins birthday party with the fullsize ball pit! Everyone had a blast and Simon is absolutely amazing and organized!

We rented a ball pit with some rollers for our daughters birthday and could not be happier with their service. They were flexible on delivery time, pickup time and also the type of package. We have a small space and they created a custom package for us. Everything was done professionally and best money spent for the birthday. Highly recommend this company.

This was a hit at our sons’ birthday party! It kept the kids entertained allllllll day from the minute it was set up to the minute Simon drove away. Simon was so kind and I appreciated the flexibility in schedule after having to rescheduling the first party due to illness. Simon made the whole rental experience easy.

We rented the 3+ ball pit and the soft play for my 3yr olds birthday with about 20 kids aged 6mo to 7 yrs. I recommend this service 100%! Simon was very communicative and answered emails promptly. Delivery went smoothly and set up was a breeze. Considering we kept everything from Friday night to Monday morning the price was very reasonable. My daughter was obsessed with the ball pit and she and my 9mo played on the soft play all weekend. The kids LOVED the ball pit and kept the kids entertained for hours with minimal intervention from us. I got the soft play mostly for the under 3 crowd but the older kids even liked playing on it. The take down took less than an hour and was quite seamless. Will for sure use this company again when the opportunity presents itself.

Simon has been fantastic from start to finish. He is so considerate as I was pretty stressed out planning. The price is unbeatable for what you get set up in the comfort of your own home. The entire playground was sanitized. Simon and his team are prompt, efficient, friendly and I would definitely recommend to family and friends! Will be renting again for sure! Best kids birthday party rental services in town!Responsive and great communication with Simon. We had a wide age range of kids 2-10 and Simon helped with a custom configuration that ensured everyone’s fun.Quick clean and organized setup and tear down.Setup was staged nicely and had shoe racks signage.Very impressed with how clean and in great condition everything was. You can tell a lot of work was put in to keep everything clean especially during these covid times.Will be renting for all events, highly recommend.

We are very happy we decided to go with Sprog and Sprocket for our son’s first birthday party! The kids had a blast and there was somebody playing at the soft play zone the entire time! Simon was absolutely wonderful to deal with. We originally booked two years ago and had to cancel because of Covid and he still honoured the deposit when we recently looked to rebook. He was upfront and honest about the spacing required in the vehicle that was required for the takeaway foam pieces. Although it didn’t work out for us as our kids are now too old for the foam pieces, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services to friends looking to host a fun party with toddlers!!!

We rented the blocks, slide and ball pit for our 3 and 1 year old and they absolutely LOVED it. Simon was wonderful to work with - polite and extremely timely in our communications. Set up and take down was seamless. The soft blocks, floor panels and balls were all clean and in excellent condition. Overall every part of the rental experience was awesome - we will certainly rent through Sprog & Sproket again!

We got the Sprockets package delivered and set up by Simon for my son's 2nd Birthday. The kids absolutely loved it and the ball pit was a huge hit with all the kids..The set up was quick and very convenient. Everything was clean and the set up was done with a lot of care specially for the younger ones.We are so glad we decided to go with Sprog and Sprockets for our special day. Recommend it a 100%! We booked Sprog and Sprocket for my daughters 4th birthday and were all just blown away with the entire process. We weren’t sure what setup would fit into our garage so Simon worked with us to find the best package to suit our space and our needs.The setup/take down was so efficient and we had no concerns with the cleanliness or sanitization of the materials, everything was spotless!Its been a few days and my daughter is still talking about how much fun she had and is already begging us to book again for her younger sisters birthday!

Such a great idea for kids of all ages. My littles had so much fun. Simon is super accommodating and great to respond with special requests. Pick up was super easy and they picked up from our house and it took no time to at all. We’re getting our second rental in June. Can’t recommend them enough!

What a life saver! I have a 4 and 1 year old and we absolutely loved the ball bit and slide, along with a few soft pieces, for the week long rental. Simon's customer service was amazing, the delivery was on time and efficient, the equipment clean and in great shape. Simon was very accommodating and we will definitely rent again. We ordered the Rollers package with a ball pit to celebrate my sons birthday over Mother’s Day weekend and it ended up being such a treat for all of us. My kids had a blast playing all weekend and as a bonus didn’t make any other messes to clean up and went to bed easily at the end of the day. Simon was fantastic to work with and excellent at communicating about the delivery and pick up. We will absolutely be doing this again!

Every single part of this was amazing! Great communication and was easy to set up and take down ourselves. Our 3 year old had the best birthday long weekend and has already asked for it for her 4th birthday. Simon was great to deal with, delivery and pick up were both on schedule and easy. I don't think my kid had more than 10 mins of screen time all weekend, she was hooked. We were sold with the ball pit for the kids but the adults seemed to really enjoy building towers with the blocks too.... Worth the extra for sure! 100% will book again.

We had such an amazing experience with Sprog and Sprocket, and the kids (ages 2, 4 and 7) LOVED the soft play equipment. Even the big kids were super engaged with this rental! Simon is friendly, flexible and easy to communicate with. The equipment was extremely clean and in excellent condition. I would highly recommend these rentals for special occasions or even just a rainy day! So much fun!

Absolutely loved it! We rented this for our sons 3rd COVID style birthday and it was a huge hit!! Hours and hours of endless creative fun! We had a great experience with Sprog and Sprocket from start to finish! It was so easy to book and communicate with them. Pick-up/return was simple and well organized.We rented the Lil Rollers for my daughters 1st birthday! She loved all of the equipment and got more brave as the weekend went on. She also went from taking 4-5 steps at a time to taking about 20, changing directions and bending down/standing back up!Despite current restrictions, this still made her 1st birthday totally special. We will definitely rent from them again 🥳

I would highly recommend renting Sprog & Sprocket for any event! We rented from them for our daughters 3rd Birthday and we couldn’t peal her away. She played all morning right until bedtime and in the morning was right back at it. It was truly fun for the entire family and worth every penny. We rented the Lil’ Rollers soft play set for my son’s third birthday and it was the BIGGEST hit. We rented for the weekend and I more than got my money. He played morning until night - non stop. We have rented play equipment from Sprog & Sprocket pretty much every year since 2018 for our daughter's birthday! The quality of the equipment is outstanding and the customer service is exceptional, but the most important part is approval from the kids! They absolutely love the ball pit and play equipment and they will stay occupied forever while burning so much energy!! I love supporting this local small business run by Simon and his family, he is lovely and always accommodating to any specific requirements for space, timing, etc. I can feel confident everything is sanitized and safe. We've had the most memorable birthdays! Kids are ecstatic, parents are happy and it's the best $$ you could spend for your event if kids are attending! Thank you Simon!

We rented the Sprog & Sprocket play structure for a week when our kids were off school. Communication was quick and simple. Drop off/set up was amazing fast and professional. The equipment was clean, sanitized and in amazing shape. My sons (9 & 6) loved racing through the structure and my daughter (18 mon) really enjoyed the ball pit. It was a great way to get some energy out, and have a ton of fun during Covid. I would rent again in a heartbeat!

We ordered it with just a couple of days notice and Sprog and Sprocket was quick to respond, arrived on time with clean and excellent quality equipment. We had to celebrate my daughters birthday Covid style this year and I wasn’t sure what to do! This was the second time we used Sprog and sprocket play systems provided. The ball pit was fun and then we got a ball pit with a play area and animal bouncer and all oh my, she had a blast and as did i! Playing non stop. I recommend this to anyone parties or just a ball pit for the kids! You won’t be disappointed, I can’t express it enough thank you so much for my daughters birthday this year and we hope to see y’all again next year! 😀 the best service as well!!!

I rented their soft play package for my kids (age 1 and 3) covid birthday home party. They have an option for 1 week rental and it worked perfectly for what I wanted for my kids. My kids very much enjoyed playing with it for the whole week.The owner, Simon, was very accommodating to all my questions and the rental process was very good.I will recommend their business to anyone.If you're looking for something for kids to use up their energy with, this is perfect.👌

Absolutely AMAZING equipment, customer service and experience! We have ordered the full playcenter for our daughters birthday 2 years in a row and will order again soon! Amazing value, and leaves the kids happy and tired all in one haha Why would you go to a playcenter, when you can bring one to your own house? This is seriously the most brilliant & AFFORDABLE Calgary small shop and I can’t wait to book them for our next party. We rented the ball pit and 3 of their soft play add one for our sons one year old covid birthday this weekend and it made his ‘party’! Our 2.5 year old wouldn’t get out, and our 6 year old niece played all afternoon too!Simon went above and beyond and delivered the set up to us because he was in the area and promptly returned our deposit! Everything was SO clean (seriously not a single hair on a ball), and in amazing condition. It fit perfect to return in our truck + canopy, set up was under 20 minutes and fit great in our living room. We can’t wait for the next birthday to book again!
